Cancel or change a subscription

You do not need support for this. Sign in and open your account — the page shows your plan, the date access ends, and opens the billing portal where you can cancel, change card details or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Export or delete your data

Your account exports everything you have made as a single JSON file and can delete it. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription, and cancelling does not delete your data — they are separate on purpose.

Report a safety problem with the coaching content

If a practice, drill or safety note looks wrong for an age group or a rule set, that is the most important thing you can report. Include the item's ID (it is printed on every plan and shown on the page, for example V01-S07 or D028), the age group, and what you believe is incorrect. Every item is still marked as not yet through safety review, and reports go to the same queue as the pending review.

What to include

• What you were doing and what you expected instead.
• The item ID or page address.
• Your browser and device (for example "Android Chrome", "iPhone Safari").
• Whether you were signed in, and whether you were online.

Please do not send player names or other personal details about children. They are not needed to diagnose a problem, and the tracker is designed so that a coach's own notes stay private.
